Beginning of the Maninalto Natural Wine project - vintage 2015
It's a wine which was born from sharing. Sharing the grapes, philosophy and friendship.
Thanks to the winery of Arianna Occhipinti, Azienda Agricola COS, Riofavara and Piano Grillo all this project has become true.
It was never in sell, always for sharing.
As 2017, also vintage 2015 was a blend of 60% Nero d'Avola and 40% of Frappato. Fermented in the 700 l wooden barrel, maceration of 12 days on the skins, destemming grapes.
I will be always thankful to all those persons which decided to share something with me - starting from the grapes, bottles, corks to the labels.
