The Maninalto natural wine project was launched in 2015.
Every year Joanna Dubrawska vinifies only one type of wine, each time changing the grape variety and region of origin.
Each Maninalto vintage is unique and constitutes a "limited edition" of its kind
The grapes, which so far have been the protagonists of Maninalto project, are indigenous varieties, originating from their regions, some of which are very distinctive and of which you may have not heard of... Enjoy!
