Maninalto 2018 update
For sure the vinification in 2018 was not easy - new place, new cellar, different grapes... all new. A part of it, I had the grapes from a very difficult single vineyard - anyway it goes bad.
No STOP in us, so, of course, we will not give up with this vines, but this year I have to share with you my small experiment and not the bigger quantities how it was projected.
So what it is Maninalto 2018?
100% Mauzac Rose
90% of the wine was made in the amphorae with the maceration on the skins for 5 months.
10% comes from the wine where we take just a flower must.
It will bottle in the 0.5 l format.
